The Town of Middletown Maintenance Department is charged with maintaining all of the buildings owned by the Town government.

The Maintenance Department also fixes and maintains mechanical equipment, buildings, and machines. Tasks include plumbing work, painting, flooring repair and upkeep, electrical repairs and heating and air conditioning system maintenance.
