Ordinance 25-05-01 to amend Chapter 42 of the Town of Middletown Code of Ordinances to adopt the 2024 International Residential Code (IRC) with amendments. (Introduced May 5, 2025, to be acted upon June 2, 2025)
Ordinance 25-05-02 to amend Chapter 119 of the Town of Middletown Code of Ordinances to adopt the 2024 International Property Maintenance Code (IPMC) with amendments. (Introduced May 5, 2025, to be acted upon June 2, 2025)
Ordinance 25-05-03 to amend Chapter 41 of the Town of Middletown Code or Ordinances to insert subsection 111.3 to allow for a temporary certificate of occupancy. (Introduced May 5, 2025, to be acted upon June 2, 2025)
Ordinance 25-06-01to amend Chapter 41 in the Town of Middletown Code of Ordinances to adopt the 2024 International Building Code (IBC) with amendments, to go into effect Jan. 1, 2026.
Ordinance 25-06-02 to amend the following chapters in the Town of Middletown Code of Ordinances to adopt the International Code Council 2024 editions of the codes with amendments: Chapter 43 Existing Building Code (IEBC), Chapter 47 Swimming Pool and Spa Code, Chapter 74 Fire Code, Chapter 96 Mechanical Standards, and Chapter 116 Fuel Gas Code.
Ordinance 25-06-03 to amend Chapter 115 in the Town of Middletown Code of Ordinances to adopt the 2021 International Plumbing Code with amendments.
