  3. Hedgelawn Plaza – Record Resubdivision Plan for the addition of seven (7) parking spaces and a drive-up ATM machine along the existing paved travel way entering Hedgelawn Plaza paralleling Middletown-Warwick Road.

  3. Introduce Ordinance 19-11-02 for the annexation of lands owned by Richard Money.
  4. Ratify Resolution 19-11-01 for 2010 BABs refunding.
  5. Ratify Resolution 19-11-02 for the financing of the Middletown Police vehicles utilizing PNC Bank.
  6. 200 E. Cochran Street – Record Major Land Development Plan for Silver Lake Elementary School on 11.81+/- acres.
