  1. Concept Plan for Tommy’s Express Car Wash.
  2. 1924 Middle Neck Road – Record Major Subdivision and Land Development Plan for the Village at Middle Neck (formerly known as the Casapulla Farm), an Active Adult community, featuring 186 single-family homes on 119.32 acres, in an R-2 and R-3 zoned area. Tax Parcel No. 23-068.00-002.
  3. Hedgelawn Plaza – Record Resubdivision Plan for the addition of seven (7) parking spaces and a drive-up ATM machine along the existing paved travel way entering Hedgelawn Plaza paralleling Middletown-Warwick Road.

  1. 584 Middletown-Warwick Road – Minor Land Development Plan for Panera Bread, a one-story, 4,852 square-foot restaurant building with a drive-thru, in a C-3 zoned area. Tax Parcel No. 23-005.00-297.
  2. Introduce Ordinance 19-11-01 for the annexation of lands owned by James Money.
  3. Introduce Ordinance 19-11-02 for the annexation of lands owned by Richard Money.
  4. Ratify Resolution 19-11-01 for 2010 BABs refunding.
  5. Ratify Resolution 19-11-02 for the financing of the Middletown Police vehicles utilizing PNC Bank.
  6. 200 E. Cochran Street – Record Major Land Development Plan for Silver Lake Elementary School on 11.81+/- acres. Plans include 27,444 square feet of gymnasium, classroom and building additions to the school with associated sewer and water connections, and other improvements. Tax Parcel No. 23-009.00-162.
