SUMMARY:Seedling Planting Party
DESCRIPTION:The Delaware Forest Service’s Urban and Community Forestry Program is excited to share that they will be hosting another Seedling Planting Party on Monday, June 22nd from 8:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. at Blackbird State Forest to pot approximately 1,300 seedlings.  This will be a fun, hands-on outdoor event where seedlings will get settled and ready for their next stage of growth. There will be a half hour lunch break at 11:00 a.m. giving volunteers a chance to relax, recharge, and connect with fellow participants before returning to the planting effort.
